Very fast service.

This is our third year using ShipCamp. From scheduling to pickup to drop-off and then pick up and delivery, the process has been easy, timely, and transparent.

Everything made it on time or ahead of time. In one piece! Grateful.

I shipped 2 trunks for the first time with ship camps this year. I would not recommend it. Upon arrival, both trunks were open and MISSING THE LOCKS, which would have had to have been broken off. Both trunks are completely ruined and missing the wheels. They are full of stains, scratches, and even footprints. One is missing hardware on the outside and the inside, which was again initially locked. They vinyls on both is ruined, and there are various dents and pulls in the metal.

Camp stuff came and went as expected. Now if we get the camper to re pack the items we sent. Any ideas would be appreciated. Your job was done great!

We were expecting our camper's trunks on the Wednesday after her last day of camp and they arrived on Sunday. Trunks were in great shape and allowed us to get started on laundry much earlier than planned. Thank you!

They are very reliable and prompt.
