Got quotes at a few places and went with Ship a car direct based on reviews and pricing. Got a email immediately from Matt with contact info. This was a Saturday . He was nice to talk on the phone and very Professional and gave full details on the process. He was at his kids soccer game and still giving me the details since my time was short. He said he will call back Monday which he did but since we were in a hurry we were looking at other providers too , all of whom promised but nothing happened. Called Matt again and he found a provider to pick up the car which was delivered on the third day with no issues. Will surely use them again and have already referred Matt to a few of our friends who may need in near future.

True story: I Google'd national car shipping companies and one of the first on the list was Ship-A-Car Direct. I clicked on the link, visited the site, and requested my estimate. Within a few minutes, I had email with a quote, and a follow-up call from a rep named Emily. Emily was an angel! I had two cars that I needed to ship from NC to AZ. I only has about a 2 week window to get this done. Despite my anxiety, Emily assured me that we'd have a carrier in time enough to meet my dates. About every 2 days from the time I initially inquired until the day a carrier was assigned to me, she was in contact with me either by phone or by email. Even after my cars were delivered she called to check in on my experience and the condition of my vehicles once they arrived to AZ.
