I called Ship A Car Direct because I thought they were a local company. I spoke to Jason who honestly told me they were not headquartered in my city. He was so open and seemed so trustworthy that I decided to work with him any way. And I'm glad I did. The experience was perfect from beginning to end.

I dealt with 2 shady car shippers prior to Ship A Car Direct and I'm so grateful I went with them. You will find other shippers that will do it cheaper but TRUST ME, it's not worth it. You get what you pay for. Dale at Ship A Car Direct, quickly found me the shipper and communicated daily with me along the way. We were able to stay in touch over the phone and the car was delivered just as estimated. I highly recommend and will use them again.

I had never shipped a car across the country before so I had to learn fast. I had one week to get the car from Seattle to Las Vegas where my daughter was transferred and was in a bind. After searching the net, I ran across Shipacardirect and took my chances after reading the reviews and watching the videos. Then I contacted a rep and was impressed with the knowledge and understanding of how to "get er done". I was informed thoroughly on the process, step by step. My questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction and I took the leap of faith. Believe me when I say that I was not let down. Everything discussed with the rep was in fact how the deal went down. The driver communicated with me a day in advance for a pick up time, then after loading the car gave me an estimated drop off date. The driver then called myself and my daughter in plenty of time before he arrived in town so we could schedule accordingly to be there to sign off the paperwork. no pain, but all the gain. Car was delivered as stated and we couldn't be happier with the service. I would have no issues using this service again.

In all honesty this is my first time having a car transported via truck and given the number of scam artists on the internet I was more than nervous. I did my fair share of checking out ShipACarDirect.com and all seemed well, but I still had a measure of trepidation. Then I was contacted by Emily. Simply put she is awesome! And truth be told she was patient as I had my fair share of questions. I would recommend this service solely based on my experience with her. But what about the actual driver and the transport company, as ShipACarDirect.com is just the broker? The company, Sunshine Transport LLC, seemed fair and honest and was good at communication as there were a few unforeseen (mechanical and weather related) situations. The folks from the office that contacted me were prompt, honest and courteous in their communications. The driver was another story. A good family friend was there in FL and said that the driver was both courteous and professional. Daniel, the driver was outstanding at keeping me updated as to the estimated delivery time (date) as there were several issues along the way, including weather and mechanical issues. When it came to actually pick up the car in RI Daniel was flexible with the location as I had a hard commitment. He was so polite and professional. When I met him he was very conscientious and extremely professional. I would use this company again if I could have Daniel as the driver, he was that impressive. In short I would characterize Daniel as courteous, a man of integrity, polite and professional.

I am an individual who has twice needed a car shipped from Florida to California – both times with urgency. Following my thorough research of reading reviews from others who either had delightful or dreadful experiences, I found Ship A Car Direct; this company had nothing but positive reviews and experiences. So, I trusted them with my car the first time. Well, best way to put it: this time, I did not even bother doing any research. As soon as I recognized the need for my car to be shipped (once again) from Florida to California, I immediately called Ship A Car Direct. This time, I spoke with a gentleman named Matt who gave me a fast quote, which was met, and a promise that we would help me find the best truck to get me my car as soon as humanly possible. Turns out, that delivery truck was available the very next day. Not only that, it delivered my car in five (5) days. Honestly, I was only hoping for my car to be picked up by a truck within a week from my initial phone call. So, to say I was stoked that my car was picked up and delivered in its same pristine condition as when it left Florida would be a tremendous understatement. I was already impressed by this company, and then they managed to blow my high expectations out of the water.
