Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Can't say enough good stuff about Ship A Car Direct. From the time I first talked to David, who was so very helpful and kind, and answered all my questions and concerns, to placing a contract with them, was a breeze. Once contract was started took only one day to find a driver, I was shocked. The car then was picked up the day after that, you talk about good service. The driver Walter was so sweet, and very professional. Car was delivered as promised from Ohio to Monterey California, on time, and no issues. Great Company, great driver, happy customer.

I would highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct. I was working with another shipping company that over promised me and under delivered. I called Ship-A-Car Direct four days before I needed my car, frantic and frustrated. My salesman Stefan explained to me the realities of my situation and what the possibilities where. Within an hour, Stefan found a carrier for my car and walked me through next steps over the phone. I had some issues with contacting my driver and was on vacation at the time. I called Ship-A-Car customer service and spoke with Dominique, who was incredibly helpful, calm, and reassuring. I called Ship-A-Car Direct when I was in a huge bind and they got my car where it needed to be. The customer service and sales representatives I worked with where incredible. I would definitely use this company again.

I am so happy with the service is received from Ship A Car Direct!! I had to ship my car from NC to AZ and they made this stressful process a breeze. Eric talked me through the entire process and kept me updated daily through phone and e-mail. They found a great carrier (ADI Transport) and I got my car across the country in 4 days! No hidden costs or shady agreements. The quote they gave me was exactly what I paid.

Service offered by Ship a Car direct was very prompt and reasonable. They answered all my questions, stayed in touch during the entire process. Payment service was prompt. Carrier chosen showed up on time, stayed in touch throughout the entire journey and delivered in time with no follow-up. I would certainly recommend Ship a car direct and will use again if need arises.

Ship a Car Direct was great to work with. They found a trucker who took my car from WI to CA without any hassles whatsoever. They were on time both for pickup and delivery and helpful in every way. They had great videos to help smooth the process by giving excellent information. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services to anyone who wants a fast reliable and accommodating service. 441382-OQ

I took delivery of the car this morning. Everything went smooth. The day after I called to set up the pickup the car was on the carrier heading back to N.J. Four days later, the driver, Lal, called to let me know he would be delivering the next day between 8-9 AM. The next day at 8:45 AM he called again when he was close to the house. The driver was pleasant and over all a good experience. I would definitely recommend ShipACarDirect and Star 1 Transport with a A+ rating.

David was great and came on time. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with Ship A Car Direct! The person who walked me through all the steps was Erik. I had never shipped an auto before so I didn't know the first thing about it. Erik was very patient and assured me I would survive the experience! I met the driver and he drove me back to my home. The car arrived exactly the day they said it would. It was a great experience and I would use them again anytime!!!! Thank you
