Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Can't say enough about how easy, rest assured and satisfied we are with the shipping of our two vehicles. From the very first phone call as an inquiry to Securing their services, the entire transaction ran smoothly. Literally that same week our driver arrived on our street and our cars were loaded up ready to head across country. No complaints, just praise. N

I've used 4 other transport companies for this route (from CA - VA- CA) and Ship A Car Direct (as well as the carrier they dispatched) provided the best service I've ever experienced. I chose them based on their BBB rating and on other online reviews and I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this company.

I received the quote online, called and was answered by Karen who had helped me all the way until my car was delivered. The fee was as estimated by Karen. There was no gimmicks, everything was explained to me clearly. The car was picked up and delivered as I was told both by Ship A Car Direct and TFI (the transporting company). Every step was checked by karen until the end. I'm very happy with the service.

I needed to ship a car from the SF Bay Area to the Atlanta area. I did some initial research on companies and their reviews and decided on Ship A Car Direct. I couldnt have been happier!! I called them on a Monday and by that afternoon, I had a scheduled pickup for Tuesday morning. The carrier was on-time and was great to work with. He walked me through the process and we went over the car panel by panel. Everything was documented and he said to expect delivery in Atlanta Friday or Saturday. Fast forward a few days... I get a call Thursday night indicating he would be arriving Friday morning. Bright and early Friday at 7:30am, the car was delivered!! Minus a few dead bugs and some dirt, the car was exactly how it was picked up. I would definitely use them again as they go through a vetting process on the carriers they use. Their customer services is impeccable as they not only kept me informed throughout the process but answered any of my questions without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I did not expect such a fast delivery. They estimate around 7-10 days for coast to coast delivery , but I received my car in just 5 days! My car was picked up in Los Angeles in front of my house on Tuesday 6/16 at 9:30pm, and delivered to Detroit on Sunday 6/21 at 2:00pm. Since my car was delivering to a university apartment complex, the driver couldn't get into the apartment complex and parked one block away in the middle lane (in the middle of the street). There was absolutely no damage on my car, just some dirt and dust. The agents at Ship a Car direct were very helpful and informative, and even when I wanted to change my pick up day they were very fast and happy to accommodate my request. Although, you are responsible for contacting the driver they set you up with to arrange a time and place for pick up and delivery, and you are responsible for calling them during the transport process to get updates on where they are etc. The company they set me up with was called CRC Transport LLC, and the driver was very nice and and professional. I would definitely use them again to ship my car back to California.

Very professional and reliable service. Also flexible to accommodate travel plans. All in all, very good service. Thank you Ship a car Direct.

this was a cross country move and we had enough to worry about. Shipping the car really could not have been any eaiser or more convenient. They came at a very reasonable price which was well worth it. Awesome service all the way thru. Highly recommend it!

If you've never bought a car sight unseen, and then have to figure out how to get it home, shipping can be hard to figure out. Tom and Ship A Car Direct walked me through how the process works, and kept tabs on my shipment all the way through delivery. Of course there were hiccups, but nothing crucial, and the car got here 2 days EARLY! No hidden fees, no 'gotchas'.
