Ship A Car DirectReviews of shipacardirect.com

Overall, it is really great experience, I would like to recommend this Company. My car is shipped from Massachusetts to Washington State. Price is between 1300 and 1400, very reasonable. Driver is nice and professional. People from Ship A Car Direct is very responsive. Pick up is on time, shipping is fast, about 7 days coast to coast, delivery is on time. Its a door to door shipping and delivery. This is a really good experience with Ship A Car Direct.

I'm in the military and have been for 17 years, I didn't even think to ship my cars when PCSing until now because I have two small children. I should of used this service so much soon in my career it would of made things so much easier. The experience was great, both cars were delivered the day after I arrived to my destination (one side of the country to the other). I would give them a rating of 11 out of 10. The prices were so good that I shipped both of my cars.

This is the 2nd of 2 cars we shipped from CA to TX. We used Ship a Car Direct for both and both were smooth and easy. Jason was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable from beginning. Whenever I had a question, Jason was available to answer via phone. Our car was picked up when he said it would be and delivered during the time frame stated. Upon delivery, our car was in great condition. Thanks so much Jason!

Great Service over all. The car was picked up on the day I requested and arrived the date I asked. I received emails throughout the process letting me know what to expect and what to do. Customer service was exceptional, and Karen, whom I worked with, got back to me very quickly regarding to all my questions and concerns. It was a very good experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

Had car shipped from Michigan to California . Was picked up on day requested and was in California on day requested. Received emails throughout process letting me know what was going on, what to expect, and what to do. A very good experience.

Great experience. Had to ship my pickup from NY to Az. Compatible price to others. They stayed in touch with me all throughout the trip. The driver showed up on time and only took a week to get toAz. Would definitely use them again if I need to ship a vehicle again.

This is my first time using Ship A Car Direct and any car moving company. They received great reviews online so I decided to try them out with our move from San Diego to Austin with two cars. Ship A Car Direct delivered! Our cars were delivered a day before our first day of work as we had requested. They never guaranteed a date, only that they would try to get us the cars at our requested date. They had the best prices and the best customer service from all the companies I contacted. They provided a lot of information upfront during the first phone call. Emily at the home office provided a lot of information and answered a lot of my questions on the phone and through email. Since this was my first time using a car moving company, I had a lot of questions. The only thing I would caution for any first time users is that they don't give you a pick up date until 24-48 hours prior to arriving since the moving company will have a better understanding of the schedule with cars being shipped in the region. I spoke to Emily about this and she made me feel better by stating that this is standard practice. I like to plan ahead but understood that that's how they schedule pick-ups. I would recommend Ship A Car Direct to anyone looking for a car moving company!
