This product works exactly as I had hoped! We'd clean toilets and start seeing rings form in the bowl 2 or 3 days later...and this is with softened and filtered water in our house! Since purchasing 4 of the Shine Bathroom assistant devices, we haven't had to scrub a toilet since. The device does just what it is supposed to do, and keeps our bowl clean, fresh, and bacteria/germ free! I purchased 4...and will be purchasing 2 more to make sure all our bathrooms have this device doing the dirty work for us!

I really dig my Shine bathroom assistant! I’ve had it for almost a month now and it has kept my toilet bowl pristine. Plus, the apartment I live in is only 500sqft and the cleaning solution pods have made my whole apartment smell so clean.

Our son gave us a Shine device in 2020. However, delivery took about 9 months +/-. Setup was a little frustrating because it wouldn't work. After multiple calls to Shine, with each going over the steps for setup, it finally worked. The only explanation was- it seemed to be stuck!. Now, after using it for several months, we are satisfied with the device. We live in Florida where the water is very "hard". I still have to use a brush on occasion due to the "minerals" in the water, but much less than pre-Shine. It took some time/effort to get here, but I am glad we have it now. I may get a second one for our other bathroom.

We really like our Shine! It cleans the toilet well, and I barely have to do any routine cleaning! It was easy to set up and it’s easy to change out the cleaning pods! Only issues we’ve had so far are: The adhesive for the toilet bowl spout has not been great - we’re looking for another way to adhere it so that it stays put. We had an issue where it didn’t want to connect to the app correctly after a pod change - but that has resolved. Neither of these issues would keep me from ordering another Shine! We do have two bathrooms in our house, but one isn’t in use currently, so no need for another at the time! When we do use it again, we will definitely get another Shine!

Wonderful product for those of you who (like myself) would rather not have to deal with manually cleaning a toilet bowl. Set up and operation are relatively simple, and cleaning results are excellent. A recommended product

Got my Shine a few weeks ago and love having it in my master bathroom. Going to get 2 more for my guest bathrooms. I still gave my toilet a scrub recently so it's not going to completely "replace" occasional care, but the sanitization after every flush will definitely help spread out cleanings and keep the toilet spotless longer.

Setup was super easy. Keep’s our bathroom clean and smelling good without having to do anything. What’s not to love? Buying two more so all bathrooms stay sparkling clean.

This product makes my life simpler by keeping my bathroom smelling good and my toilet clean without me having to lift a finger.
