This is a completely worthless device from a worthless company. The unit releases no cleaning solution (there isn't even any in the tube). I have emailed 4 different times and attempted to reach via chat (there is no phone number to speak directly to a human being), with no response. Not to mention the battery completely drains over the course of two weeks, as others have stated. Thankfully American Express took care of the charge for me. What a joke of a company Shine is. ***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!***

Their bathroom assistant product work exceptionally well! It is a great product. However, their customer service is very unresponsive and slow to act. They need to improve that end. I have an email from over a week ago that has not been responded to yet!

Shine works well and keeps the potty clean. Installation is not simple as one has to use the Shine app and written instructions. Otherwise, the cleaning device keeps the potty clean.

This device works really well and looks nice! There are some challenges with the app getting connected but the Shine customer service is wonderful!

We have very active toilets in our household, and cleaning them wasn't on anyone's "fun chore" list. Having the Shine Bathroom cleaner has been a life changer. We love that there are no more harsh chemicals that either choke us when cleaning, or harm the environment. It cleans automatically every time we flush so we have less to worry about. Though the whole system isn't perfect, I am very happy I purchased one. Be a little patient while they work out the little kinks of a brand new product and I am sure you will love it. I am currently trying to work out the right combination of cleaning pods and length of spray to finally be able to toss the brush for good!

The cleaning experience is really good! The app still needs to be enhanced, but overall I would recommend to anyone who wants a clean toilet!

The Shine cleaners works great! Setup took a couple of tries. Customer service via text was timely and helpful.
