1 - Product does not work, it does not keep your toilet clean. It sprays some hydrogen peroxide in your toilet. It 'cleans' your toilet in the same way as if you squirted a some spray in there after every time you used it. 2 - The marketing hype unfortunately is all hype. All about no longer having to do a dirty job in the house, with stunning testimonials of keeping your bathroom fresh. It does not do it. 3 - The service is non-existent. They will respond promptly until they realize there is no way you want to keep their product. They said they would give me a refund once I sent in a serial number, then radio silence for over a month after repeated follow-ups on my part. 4 - The cleaning agent is portrayed as clean and eco-friendly (sure, it is hydrogen peroxide), but the plastic tubules of essentially salt water and vinegar are just more plastic for the environment. 5 - The app is just as clunky as their device. 6 - I was told I would get my device in September. When I followed up in October, they said they would rush it to me. Stinks of just bumping people to the front of the line, which is unfortunate for people who think they are actually waiting in an orderly queue. Even if you go to their website today to ask to cancel an order, they will ask if it is OK if they move you to the front of the line.

Ordered this almost a year ago, never received it. No word from customer service at all.

Bought two. Neither work. At all. Customer support is useless. Good idea in theory. Total exasperation in practice. Do not buy this product!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Waited over a year for my product and reached out to the company to cancel the order. The rep convinced me to give the product a try and they they would ship my product out to me right away. I setup the units and discovered one unit was defective (leaking onto battery contacts-corrosion). They quickly replaced it, but I never even unboxed it as I was not seeing any results with the other three units installed. My toilets did not stay clean and the product was useless. I again requested a refund and was granted a full refund, but a month later I am still waiting and support will not respond to my requests for an update

Poor, no live customer service.

I preordered this because I thought it was a great idea. I REALLY want to like this product. The problem is- it does not work. At least my unit does not work. The battery does not hold a charge. After charging it for 12 hours the battery is dead before I can even open the app. Customer support has been horrendous. I have been directed to the live chat feature and have attempted that 4 times. Each time I get to be 3rd in the queue and I am "reconnected' and I fall back in the queue. This has been a very frustrating customer service experience. My unit sits on the toilet mocking me.

At first I thought this thing was amazing easy to set up and seemed to work very well. Then after 2 weeks the battery died which was supposed to last 6 months after a couple weeks then now only last a few days finally got someone to respond to me and they said they need to have a update done in a few day and never heard from them again. Now the tank is leaking at the seems between the clear and white plastic and forming crystals around the device and where the device sits next to the toilet and the device no longer will spray the toilet at all it tries but nothing comes out. I’ve been emailing messaging them on there app and not one response in the last month since I’ve been trying to get ahold of them. They close out the emails and messages everyday asking for a survey. I really just want a refund this is a bad product and and a bad company to deal with.

Placed an order Feb 2021 with expected shipment date of Oct 2021. It is 2022, still no update. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
