This company so misrepresent their meals. portions are small (salmon was 2 ounces, route had 6 crawfish tails). crawfish was way too spicy.there is no resemblance to the pictures on the menu versus the actual dishes. Also expensive. STAY Away

Food was amazing and the delivery right on time.

I just made dinner for me and the wife utilizing our first ever Shef meal. She welcomed the break and we were both very impressed with the quality of ingredients, the great meal prep and obvious expertise of our local Shefs. For us, we've been getting lazy with prepping our own meals. Take out was not only expensive, but unhealthy and we were in a rut of ordering from the same couple places last minute. Now we want to get back into eating at home without the stress of making it all from scratch ourselves. The best part is we get to experience many different foods from multiple cultures. We're already choosing our plates for next week. It's fun nd rewarding. Great service!

I’m updating my rating because their customer service did get a hold of me, gave me a full refund, and finally picked up their containers. My original review— 1) My first (and only) delivery they didn’t actually deliver any meals. They just gave me 2 sides. 2) They don’t have live customer service, so you have to argue with an AI chatbot while having to cook dinner unexpectedly. 3) I canceled and they still reached out to me like I was subscribed leading to confusion. 4) Never full refunded me after they said they would. 5) I tried to return their containers twice, once while I was canceling and once via a follow up email. The containers were not picked up either time so they charged me $23.

Food was delicious and delivery one time. I can't wait to try other dishes.

Placed an order on their own for me without any advance notification until it was too late to cancel - customer service is awful

On Monday I placed a large order for guests arriving Thursday evening. I ordered enough for leftovers for lunch the next day. On Thursday morning, the delivery was confirmed as expected for 4 pm-6 pm. At 10:30 am, I received a direct message from the chef saying she has to cancel my order. Well, now I’m in a pickle! I have guests arriving and no food! I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They did get back to me quickly, apologizing for the inconvenience, and to make it up to me, they will take $20 off my next order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This was not some $35 order; mine was $200. I replied saying that the offer was laughably awful, and suggesting that at the least, they should be offering a comparable dinner for free with free delivery, or better yet, should have been scrambling trying to find a way to replace the order with a different chef. Again I received a quick reply saying they are very sorry but $20 is it. No words.

Literally the best meal delivery service I have ever used. From portions to flavor profiles - I am shocked at how good it is! Highly recommend for someone who lives alone or with a partner. A great way to eat healthy without having to buy a ton of groceries which will go to waste.
