I like shef! Good food enjoy and good price !

The food is good. The portions are good. The price is good. The delivery window is long and limited and often not accurate

Delivery was on time, food was package for refrigeration. My first meal was delicious.

In the last 2 months, every 2-3 weeks, there is a delivery problem-- items missing or whole meals not included; deliveries are hours late. Sometimes a combination of all of the above. It is so rare that an order is correct and on time that my husband has started asking what's missing each week, expecting a problem. And getting in touch with a live rep at Shef now often takes hours. The food is good; the delivery and service are awful. Eventually they will refund the cost of the missing items, but I'd rather get the food I ordered.

You can see on my account, the continuing difficulty just getting my delivery instructions onto my account. Promised but not yet delivered on the commitment to fix it. I really don’t have the inclination to continue emailing you every time. Furthermore, I don’t appreciate the $8.95 charge to me that somehow goes to your chefs??? Im paying you for a meal delivery service, period. So you taut free delivery but charge my $108.00/year??? Jeff

Shef is the first food delivery business that meets all my needs - high-quality food, plenty of food options (including vegetarian which is hard to find!), easy preparation, perfect serving sizes, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. I've used other services, but Shef is the best. It's like having a personal chef/Shef :)
