Best meal delivery service I've had. The meals are high quality ingredients and authentic flavors. There are lots of options to choose from and haven't got tired of any of the dishes yet.

Good variety of food that doesn't feel oily and tastes better than 80% of the restaurants! So glad to have found shef after having tried several other meal services.

I like the price but the quality of the meals is not good - the portion size and flavor tastes like airplane food.

I’m so glad we decided to try out Shef because this took the daily decision making out of the picture and meals were already ready. No dishes to do, no pots and pans to clean, healthy delicious meals in perfect portions. I wish I tried this sooner!

Hair in my meal. Customer service 0
Response from ShefNov 7, 2025
We're truly sorry you had this experience. Finding hair in your food is absolutely unacceptable, and we take this very seriously. All of our shefs are required to follow strict food safety protocols, including wearing hairnets at all times while cooking, and we're investigating this immediately to ensure it doesn't happen again. Your feedback helps us maintain the high standards our community deserves. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can process a full refund and provide you with a coupon to give us another chance to make this right on your next order.

the food is excellent, but you still need to figure out the delivery, they are often late or an item missing or spilled.
