Awful product and shocking returns policy. Product not what is advertised or reviewed on the website. Obviously do not post true reviews or anything negative on their website. Size chart completely inaccurate and product not at all what was described, and then to be told refunds are not issued, only store credit! Why would I want to buy anything else from this company when my first product was such bad quality! The product was supposed to be for under my wedding dress so utterly disappointed.

Very uncomfortable. No support for the boobs at all unless you have ones the size of lemons. No support for lower belly issues and it’s so uncomfortable in the waste area that you feel restricted and sickly especially when eating whilst wearing it.

I had an issue with my order and contacted them by email. They were very fast to respond and send me the correct item. I received it right away if it’s perfectly and I’m happy with my order and with the customer service I will be ordering more soon.

I bought four bodysuits. 2 'snatched' and 2 'laced shapewear'. All the same size and yet the snatched bodysuits have straps so long that I can't tighten them tight enough to provide bust support, whereas the other 2 are SO short in the body that my boobs aren't even in the garment! Mental sizing. Also, the one I ordered in black has arrived in brown. The website says I can arrange a "hassle free return" via the chat bot but no such chat system exists and they haven't responded to my email. Feel like an idiot to have fallen for this scam. Update: Shapely have responded to my email to say they don’t provide refunds! Astonishing - this is actually against the law in the UK. Am loathed to start legal action but I will, these people have clearly scammed a lot of women and need to realise the difference between right and wrong. Update #2: Sent my garments back to Shapely by signed for delivery (cost £11...) last week. I can see they were received and signed for (I have a photo!) but no acknowledgement or confirmation that the items were received or that a refund is pending. Have emailed Jesalyn twice today and she is, yet again, ghosting me. No response to emails at all.

This company offers 'Easy Returns' on their website - it's on the banner across the top. I ordered 2 'snatched' bodysuits. What a load of rubbish! Poorly made, awful straps which offer NO support and come loose, weirdly long torso, no breast support!? Spoke to someone on webchat, who said 'Please note that due to health and hygienic reasons regarding bodysuits and underwear, we cannot accept refunds. However, you are more than welcome to return the items to us for a full store credit or exchange. If you prefer an exchange, we can send you a different size or different item with the same pricing, and no need to send us back the order. We thank you for your understanding.' Firstly, they're legally obliged to offer a refund as they're classed as a distance seller - direct quote from .GOV.UK: 'Online, mail and telephone customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as 'Distance selling'. You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.' Also on the .GOV.UK website: 'It's illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights. for example a sign that says you do not accept returns or offer refunds'. After I sent that on their webchat funnily enough I didn't receive a further response. Order no 41566 for whichever scammer decides to respond :) if they do... Also, the Entity Name on their website isn't even registered with Companies House! And the address takes you to a PO Box. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Will be reporting this for sure!

An incredibly misleading purchase journey in the website that led to me some how adding another bodysuit to my order that I did not want! And the most hideous returns policy. Store credit only??!!! For a product that is completely untouched, in original packaging that I simply want to return and pay to return too!! No cost to the company for me to return it. Just want my money back and to give you back the goods completely untouched….I feel like I’ve been robbed! Twice!!!

Do not buy from this company. So many reasons why. Firstly they’re not in London as the name would suggest so be orated to wait ages for arrival. All of their sites they only have three different bodysuits. I ordered two of them into different sizes so I could return. I thought I had research the returns policy but I clearly didn’t. I contacted them to say I wasn’t happy with the products. I am a UK size 12 and I hold my weight around my tummy. I ordered Both of the plain bodysuits in a size, small and a size medium. The longer bodysuit was far too long for my 5 foot four height and did absolutely nothing for me in either size. The snapped bodysuit in a size, small fitted me but did absolutely nothing to shape my body and I still had a Jellybelly. I reached out to them. They offered me an in-store credit which is insane because the only product I did not have was the lace bodysuit, but what was the point of me taking that with the sizing is obviously no good and the product doesn’t work. After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, I managed to get 30% of my money refunded to me, £21 from £70. A really awful experience with a tin pot company. Do not buy their products.
