I love the body suit. It suits and enhances my body. It has a great material and the delivery was swift. Would be ordering more

My address was not complete and the order was sent back by courier. Jesalyn, a member of the customer support team replied to my email very quickly and sent me the items again at no cost. I highly recommend this company not just for customer service but the quality of the items they sell, thank you Shapely🩷

Ordered received in timely fashion. Good quality product. But I realised that I ordered wrong size. Contacted customer services and they responded quickly with clear instructions and sent out exchange. Very helpful!

Absolutely disgraceful company which appears to be riding on the success of the Skims products. Unfortunately I, as others have learnt the hard way... in that this company only offer store credit even on untried items. Quality is extremely poor and their website very misleading. First and last time I shall ever make a purchase from supposed Tik Tok recommended goods. Avoid at all costs!

These actually work!!! But go for a smaller size than you usually wear so you get the best pull from the underwear.. I bought a size to big and shapely were fabulous with sending new items out I highly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again as the underwear is extremely comfortable to wear !

These are great body suits! I originally ordered the wrong size (L) and when I contacted customer services they were so helpful and sent me out the 2 bodysuits again in a medium, which fit perfectly and hold you in on all the right places! Definitely will purchase again, I wear mine a lot.
