Do not use this company. My daughter wanted to return the bras she bought as they were too small and not of good quality. Found out they provide a '0' opportunity to return due to their return policy resulting in no refund. How do they get away with it?

I bought a bra for special occasion. I had bought a few others. Needed to find my look. Others had no issue returning. THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY REFUSED. Once it is bought cannot return unless something damaged. Helllo….size chart not correct. It didn’t fit. That is NOT my fault. They were VERY rude and won’t purchase ever again from them!

Most uncomfortable bra ever. I did not get the right size nor the right colors very hard to return and ask for a refund.

This company is a scam. They took my money and i got nothing for it. I was duped by the ads, but the product did not perform as they said, and their sizing is not for American bodies. When I told them none of the bras fit, even though they have a 90 day fit guarantee, told me there was nothing they could do for me as returns are only for damaged product. Don't waste your money on this Chinese company pretending to be American. It took over a month for the product to come and then not one of the 4 I bought fit. they are such poor quality too! I lost over $100 and they could care less if i was happy with their product!

Bought a blouse for my wife which came with a free laundry bag(good deal i thought just right for birthday) the laundry bag didnt arrive, they said one of staff forgot to include, can give you$5 off next buy ,sorry would buy from them again very shoddy workmanship.please people be very carefull.(i should have read trust pilot first if i had would not have bought)out of date to send.

Goods I ordered were completely mis-sized and I immediately contacted them for return details. There then followed a back and forth over email where they would offer me increased discounts if I kept the goods, despite me insisting they were no good as they didn’t fit. Eventually they sent me details of where to return the goods and it was the other side of the world in China , insisting that you used tracking services etc. This could have cost up to £60 and they issued a warning that no refunds would be offered if you returned the goods to the UK address from which they were sent. They also stipulated that the items should still have the tags attached when in fact none of them arrived with tags on them. When I decided to cut my losses and accept a 75% discount they agreed to issue a refund. Of course after several weeks nothing arrived despite me reminding them regularly that I was still waiting. Eventually I got my Bank to issue a chargeback. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE INFERIOR TO WHAT THEY DESCRIBE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEIR SIZING IS VASTLY INACCURATE. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM.

Their size charts are completely off, items are unusable and unreturnable. It will also take 2-3 weeks to receive order.

Poor quality and extreme misrepresentation of product. Return policy is ambiguous at best and product took approximately one month to be delivered. Will never purchase from them again. Read reviews before making any purchases.
