Really good experience with this company, wasn't expecting such a quick and efficient response to my enquiry about getting an item exchanged for a bigger size. They took all the stress and agg out off the process and just immediately sorted my issue out no questions asked! The product itself is great, I love my shapely all in one (it even has a pee hole they've thought of it all haha) but all in all, the service is what stands out, a really refreshing service to recieve :)
