They took the money, never shipped, now that I started a chargeback from my bank, they cancelled the order, but didn't refund. Scammers.

Waited 3 weeks for package, lack of tracking information was a joke. Emailed back and forth and finally it arrived...2 bodysuits one ok the other a completely different size but with a medium label more like a large! Would not purchase again £40 for one usable bodysuit that looks like it came from Shein. Company says Dorset England but comes from China.

They are scammers they pretend to deliver and contact you but don’t really do it and fake an attempted delivery so you loose your money Zero customer support once they have your dollars they are riding the wave of influencers

CAUTION: Will not refund. Despite it being a breach of UK law, Shapely will not refund goods, only offer credit . Returns are not easy, they do not want ro supply a returns address. Absolute Scam! It is illegal under distance selling regulations to not offer refund. Terrible customer service. Report the company.

If I could give 0 I would have. I emailed within the exchange period time frame about changing size as the one I ordered which was my size was not up to spec and did nothing. So I thought the quality was pretty poor. I had an email back saying I can’t get a refund but happily exchange or give me gift vouchers. I was happy to exchange. I had no reply. I emailed numerous time after and not single reply. I tried again contacting via the website - ignored again. The chat doesn’t work. So for anyone looking to buy be cautious as they will send you a poor product and take your money.

Completely avoid this company - I got scammed by their returns policy. I got shapewear - it was pretty naff quality (found better on Amazon) and didn’t fit. I was told you can’t get a refund for “hygienic reasons” but they will allow returns in exchange for another item… Odd policy if it’s for hygienic purposes! So I return the shapewear as their policy states with tracking, then surprise surprise! I get completely ignored. I was told once my return was complete (tracking shows it arrived) my new shapewear would be sent. It’s been 12 days and not a peep to be heard from them. I’ve tried emailing too - nothing. Absolutely avoid at all costs, their reply time was days not “a few mins” and from start to finish this has been a joke. I’ve contacted my bank for a refund, if this has happened to you try contacting your bank or if you want to risk buying from them use your credit card or PayPal! Update - 29/02 shapely have finally responded after ignoring me for over 3 weeks and will be sending another item!! I still 100000% would not recommend.
