Ordered 2 sizes as wasn’t sure which would fit and as the website said it was easy returns. Contacted them about returning the one size and was happy to have store credit but when I asked how to actually go about the return I had no response. That was 4 days ago. The online chat is useless,I only had the automated reply. Don be a sucker like me and order from them. I hope more people search reviews for this company before they order!

As all the other mugs in the UK sucked in to hype, took 2 weeks to come which from reading reviews i was lucky or not so lucky as load of rubbish, like everyone else saw the easy returns now delving into their not so easy return policy you cannot get your money back. Duped to waste my money on inferior goods which you can get for under £10 on amazon, don't waste your money.

Please don’t waste your hard-earned money like I did. Poor quality, terrible fit. No support in any way and no refunds. Left with two bodysuits I’ll never wear. Might be useful for dusters!

Placed an order for 3 bodysuits 2 weeks ago for a 2-3 day delivery - order never arrived but did get a refund

Zero stars absolute rip off after lots of emails they agreed to refund but I had to return the item via tracking cost £8 have proof they received it that was over 2 wks ago since then they have ignored every email I’m taking them to the small claims court total disgrace

My order never arrived and when I wrote to them on several occasions, they just repeatedly sent me a tracking link which told me nothing after the 3rd Jan

Awful product. Sizing all wrong. I have very large breasts and the straps are the most flimsy I have ever seen. I doubt they would give support to the smallest of boobs. Complete waste of money

Received my order, however changed my mind and no longer want it. It hasn't even been out the packaging let alone tried on and they won't refund, just exchange or credit which is useless because I don't want it anymore or any of their other products. Clearly states easy returns on the website but doesn't say no refunds unless you dig into the policies. I don't tend to buy from shops that don't accept returns/refunds, my mistake!!
