Didn’t authorise payment tried to contact them to cancel the order and refund no response off their so called chat bot, email or Facebook!

Absolute scam. Says they are based in the UK but items are shipping from China, they claim its because they have warehouses all over the world and ship from wherever they have stock....a thinly veiled attempt to distract from the fact the items are poorly and cheaply made. While the items aren't uncomfortable, to call them shapewear is a joke. It took ages to arrive, and when it did, the packaging was poor and items are nothing close to what is advertised. Furthermore, their returns policy is set up to cause the customer as much hassle as possible, so they can keep your money. The returns policy is also contradictory, in one paragraph it states the customer must pay for the return and asks for a tracked delivery and then in the next paragraph says returns are free. They also only offer store credit as being a small business means they can't give cash refunds (according to them). Which is is ridiculous. They might as well state "once we have your money, you're not getting it back" And although they claim to be a UK based business, the return address is for China, and all shipping costs fall on the customer. Yet another TikTok scam, don't waste your time or money.

I'm so annoyed I didn't look on here before wasting my money. Ordered a size smaller as per the recommendation. After waiting 2 weeks for my 'snatched' bodysuit to arrive, I've put it on and it has made no difference to my shape whatsoever and offers no support! What a waste of £40. Do not buy the product or any of the rave reviews you read - someone must have been paid to write them

I was very sceptical after seeing all the reviews however my product arrived after 12 days, product is exactly what it shows however it just doesn’t hold what it needs to, not sure if I ordered a cup size too small as it is very sticky just doesn’t keep what it needs to in place, would probably work for a smaller cup size

The company is a complete scam. Item arrived way too late. I had to go and get an alternative and I asked to cancel the order but they told me I have to wait for it to arrive. When it finally arrived they told me I can’t have a refund for hygiene reasons but I can have an exchange or store credit. I assume hygiene reasons don’t matter if they get to keep your money and they will just resell what someone else has used. The customer service is awful and they just tell you the same thing. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Excellent and quick response to questions and emails. Nothing to much trouble and they seem to genuinely care about customers

Terrible company. Tell you can’t refund only exchange or credit note. So tried a different size. Still too small. Ignored numerous emails until I said I was contacting trading standards. After 7weeks!! I have finally received my refund. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs

Bought from this company a couple times I have never had an issue with quality I've never had issues with updates If any issues arise the staff are super quick, friendly and helpful Really do recommend to any woman who wants to buy excellent quality shape wear at reasonable price
