Best bodysuit I've ever brought and I've brought alot puts curves in all the right places 😍

It took ages to update me on delivery and took longer than I expected to be delivered. If im honest the clips between my legs is super uncomfortable. I will wear it but I won't be wearing as intended.

The quality itself is very good and their support team is superb.

Shapely still not giving me the return address to send back they're body suits. They offered 20% discount that iev refused. Customer service is diabolical. Still not got my full refund!

I received my order very quickly. Unfortunately one was slightly damaged, small hole. I emailed Joyce and was given a refund instantly, no problem and told to keep both shapely bodies. I do not understand the negative feedback on here and the "no refunds" policy. The bodies are very nice and will do the job. Excellent customer service! Well done Joyce.

I really wished I had read these reviews before ordering, I have received my order and I am constantly sending emails and being ingnore on their chat box as soon as u mention you want to return your items , they say easy returns which u automatically think free returns and money back but you don't, avoid this site like the plague

Terrible a waste of money then body suit is so short that doesn’t cover my belly material is cheap and see through, they come from China takes a month to arrive and is imposible to return and get your money back ! Avoid!!!

Placed an order which took far too long to arrive. I purchased 3 items and none of them did anything to help flatten my figure. Completely useless. However as they advertised easy returns I wasn't too worried. But after e-mailing, talking to the bot, and contact form filling in to no avail I delved deeper into their policies only to find that they only give store credit. No cash refunds at all. So absolute waste of money. Terrible non-existent customer service. Diabolical products. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the items but hopefully can stop someone else from making the same mistake. DO NOT BUY!! Edit: I decided to return the items to a return address I found, tracked. I did eventually receive a refund for my purchases. Too little too late I’m afraid. Had they done the correct thing sooner they may have had a better review. All in all a terrible experience, one which I shall definitely not be repeating.
