I am sorry for your disappointment and this is the last thing we want you to feel. We are only a small business and we do our best to provide good products and service but we’ve seen other boutiques with a store credit return policy only. Our return policy is clearly outlined on our website so when you agree to shop at our store, you agree to adhere to the return policy. You can always return it to us and we will issue a store credit which you can use anytime. You can always message us and we will assist you with the return process. I hope you understand.
