A store where the staff's prompt response to customers, careful consideration, aftercare, assortment, delivery, everything is perfect. Most of my children's shopping is enough at this store. It is a reliable and reliable store.

The return policy is very bad.. I buy with 188$ and after making a return they send me a gift card with only 134$.. they agree with me to deduct 35$ as the return cost but they take 53$, also when the order arrive I pay extra tax..

Hi Ms. Hendy, I am so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We would like to clear the matter. You had used a discount code (10% off) when you placed the order and this was deducted to your store credit less the return label cost. In this case, the total amount paid for the item was only for $169.2 - $35 so the total store credit issued was only $134.20. We are sorry for any confusion. Should you have any questions, please drop as an email at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist you.

I very rarely write online reviews, but I had such a lovely experience with my order that I want to give a proper shoutout. This was my first order from Shan&Toad and it was top notch. The clothes I purchased for my daughter are so unique and high quality, and I love that the site introduced me to brands about which I hadn’t previously known. Above all, the customer service is EXCELLENT and truly surpassed expectations. Easy to contact, quick and friendly responses and, unlike many other companies’ customer support services lately, I felt like Shan&Toad actually cares about about their customers’ experiences. Lastly I’ll note that my order was packaged so beautifully! Five stars.
