I have had a few instances where something did not work out for me and the customer service was outstanding! They responded quickly and dealt with each issue with professionalism and courtesy. I have ordered many times as they have an adorable selection of clothing. They are my go to place for shopping for my kids clothing.

I had purchased several items and they were all beyond gorgeous but one was too small. The customer service team was so helpful with offering an exchange for a bigger size and had the whole thing taken care of in less than 24 hours including the bigger size being shipped out proactively. Will absolutely shop with S&T in the future ❤️
