Absolutely love the child’s hat- its style and fit is so cute. Only one star off because the decorative fabric around the circumference of the hat is fraying upon arrival. It probably won’t hold up too well over time with the wear and tear of being a child’s hat. That said, she will look so adorable in it this fall and winter!

The shoes were sent without their boxes and got smashed in travel. :( Shipping was quick, though. *Edit: Shan & Toad did send a kind gesture of a $10 credit and said that in the future they will ship shoes in their original boxes. Thank you, S&T.

Oh no! I am so sorry about this, Ms. Baker. We usually send the shoes with the original boxes however, in an effort to minimize the our carbon footprint, we are sending with our Shan and Toad packaging. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and if the shoes got smashed. Please allow us to make it up to you, I have sent you a private message to at least compensate for this. I hope we can regain your trust and I will surely rely this to our warehouse.

I like to shop with Shan and Toad. There are many of rare and unique fashion. I could contact quickly and get feed back soon by chat or e-mai for shopping. But I keep one star because I want to find more detailed category from your site; girl>clothing>top>blouse> t-shirts ...... Somtimes I got tired to shearch what I want from so many many items. However, at this point, we cannot afford to offer free returns and cannot sustain large volume returns like big retailers since we are only a small boutique.
