Customer service contacted me asking if I wanted the shoes I purchased in the original boxes. I said yes, if course. The manager said I would have to pay double shipping, and sent me another invoice. We sent a bunch of emails arguing about it before they finally sent my shoes. When they arrived, they put masking tape over all the boxes which tore them up anyway.

We are so sorry about that, Ms. Collin! Shopping should be fun and easy, and we are so sorry that we disappoint you. We have relayed this to our warehouse and we'll make that this will not happen again. We sincerely apologize for that! I can assure you that we are constantly trying to improve our service and our packaging and I hope you can give us another chance.
