ik had een ring besteld en wacht inmiddels al bijna 2 weken op een status update van mijn product er stond dat het binnen 4 dagen geleverd zou worden maar dat is een leugen contact opnemen gaat ook niet met hun en mijn geld terug krijgen lukt ook niet

My husband bought a ring for me and it came late but it was the wrong size! They told us to return it and gave us an address to send it to. They were supposed to exchange the ring but we never got a ring back or even a refund. We have emailed them multiple times but no reply. Now I’m with no ring or no money back.

I placed an order 28349 on 12/25/25 for a total of $606 and received only 1 ring worth $85. The emails from customer service acknowledge only the deluxe ring was shipped, but have not responded to my many requests to either get the items shipped or to refund me. $500 is a lot of money to me. I am hoping they will help. I have been patient and very kind in my communication to them. Sevenesy please do the right thing? Thank you!

Placed my order on February 6th with 2 day express it’s now the 20th I contacted usps and they said only my label was created and product is not there starting to believe I’ve been scammed

I ordered a ring Dec 27, never received a tracking number or anything to track the package. Never received the ring . I’ve emailed, messaged on tiktok and instagram. No One never replied to anything. I’ve sent at least 7 emails and still no reply back or tracking number . It’s about to be 2 months now . Order #28681

I ordered a ring January 15th I received and email January 18th saying my order is preparing it’s the middle of February now and the order is still not shipped & I paid for expedited shipping I’ve reached out to company numerous of times and I’ve gotten no response.
