I had a great experience using Sesame for an online doctor visit. I found a doctor who listened to me and treated me with respect. I’d use sesame again any time for affordable urgent care or to find a specialist.

What a scam! I was bitten by a tick. Should have been a a simple antibiotic. First, the connection was awful, dr's accent was so thick I couldn't understand him, he was conference calling from a BEDROOM, was useless. The connection was terrible and we lost contact 4 times in the 2 minute visit. He didn't ask to look at the bite, just said he'd call in a prescription and said to call back if I had other problems with it. So, he called in an itch cream, and not an antibiotic! Pharmacist said that was strange and a tick bite normally gets an antibiotic and to call the dr. Well, you have to PAY again the full visit price to call back! So, he purposefully prescribed the incorrect thing so I'd have to call back and pay again. I complained that the whole point of my paying was to get an antibiotic. They offered me 15% off my next visit! NEVER again!

Do not waste your time!!! I had a UTI. It was 7:30am. I scheduled an appointment for 8:15 while rushing to get to work. I logged on at 8:15 but no one was there. I waited 40 minutes. It showed the provider name Dr. Wachovia banks and a phone number so I called it. A woman answered 'Hello" I asked if this was Dr Banks. She said yes. I told her I had a televisit but no one logged on. She very abruptly and in a rude tone said that I must have scheduled for pm because she doesn't do Tele in the am and she was at work! I was in pain and may in fact have inadvertently scheduled in pm not realizing that but she didn't have to be rude! I had to prepay for the visit so I canceled it and requested a refund. I looked up United healthcare tele visit and had a visit and prescription in less than 5 minutes!

High quality doctors, easy appointment scheduling (same day), affordable, great customer service, rx fills made easy, no long lobby waiting, right-at-home comfort and did I mention the best doctors (Dr. They, is my favorite)

The doctor experience was great very knowledgeable and understanding but the pharmacy wouldn't fill the prescription.

Easy to navigate the site. Easy to pay with or without insurance. The doctor I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful.

I had my first appointment a few minutes ago on this telemedicine platform. Their incredible provider, Shannon Leake, a wonderful NP who was able to meet with me, on the very same day I requested the appointment... in fact there was less than an hour between when I clicked the “book my appointment” button and the start of the actual virtual visit. I was hopeful that Ms Leake could help me meet my medical needs, but assumed it would be a very time consuming process... instead, it was like magic. I was almost speechless, because it was just so simple! This was without a doubt the easiest process I’ve ever experienced for medical care of any kind. My provider was on time, to the minute! My appointment was set did 4:27pm. I logged in at 4:25pm and expected to wait for the 20-30 mins before the actual doctor joined since this had been what I experienced in previous Telemed visits. At 4:26 I walked out of the room briefly to check on my children, just because I was so used to doctors appointments running late so I didn’t think the visit would possibly start on-time, at 4:27... well, at 4:27pm there she was! My provider was on-time, the video call required zero set up, I simply clicked on a link and I was all set. My four year old could of done it! Shannon Leake provided excellent care and was willing to discuss my needs and address them directly, with immediate action. She also provider exceptional follow up care, sending a text to confirm that the prescriptions had been called into my pharmacy within minutes of the call ending. I was speechless, just such an easy, patient-friendly service. The app and technology was equally user friendly and I’m still a little in shock that health care can be this affordable and simple. I’m Seasme’s newest biggest fans and hope that other busy moms like me, who never have enough time to fit in their own appointments between family needs will try Sesame and discover that getting the basic medical care you need doesn’t have to be such a drain to your wallet or energy!
