Made an appointment for my son. Doc never showed up. I waited in the telecall room for almost an hour before it closes out and said the visit was over. The only good thing, and the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1, is that after I complained, the next day they refunded the money. This review is probably more for the doctor herself rather than Sesame. But since they use her as one of their docs, they get the bad review too. Sorry, but maybe review your doctors better, Sesame.

Very please with the doctor I saw and ease in getting my treatment needs met. Will use again for simple medical needs. I loved being able to video chat at night from the comfort of home vs having to go to a doctor office for simple needs.

Excellent video chat with doctor. Made appt. at 10am on a Saturday for 1pm same day. 20 minute consult was $ 44.00. Doctor diagnosed my issue and sent out script that was 3 dollars thru GoodRx. Prompt service that was by far quicker and less expensive than a in house visit to my PCP. Has me questioning my overpriced health insurance. Will definately use again! Thank You!

The NP I saw for a psych med refill wouldn't write another script for a refill on meds I've been taking for three years! She said to follow up with my psychiatrist that I had already told her I no longer have due to me moving/insurance. A waste of money!

This was a very easy service to use. The family nurse practitioner that we used was fantastic! She listened to my daughter's symptoms, asked questions about her medical history, and was very compassionate. She did prescribe a prescription. I made an error when I initially signed into the service that caused an error. The NP graciously answered my call, and fixed it after the initial appointment. I just cannot say enough good things about this service

Ridiculous. Requested a specific Med and was given the wrong one. Called and sent emails and still not remedied. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
