I managed to get a Dr and he was on time and supposedly he’ll get my prescription for me, but now they want a follow up in 30 days. They know that it’s not for a cold, it’s a maintenance prescription for depression… I’ve been taking it for years and just need it renewed. Now I’m getting the runaround after I’ve paid… skip this scam

She was a good and patient doctor. I felt like she really cared about me and my treatment. My second time having her help me and now I remember why. Thanks.

I love this company!!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful providers and excellent customer service!! I've used a Teledoc a few times over the years and almost every time they refuse to treat a simple problem. They take my money, don't listen to me, and make me suffer about 7 days then call back before they help me. Thank you for listening well, caring about us rather than treating us as a number.

Probably the most efficient appointment. Started my appointment with the doctor, described my symptoms and was able to diagnose it and get the appointment over in less than 10 minutes (it was a basic ear infection with the obvious symptoms). Beats walking into a doctor's office catching who knows what else! Week later my symptoms are gone and back to normal so the diagnosis was obviously correct.
