I had looked at this site for care for my health needs a few times since last year and there would always be four to five providers seemingly available for telehealth visits if needed. I went there to see if I could be seen for an issue earlier this month and was shocked to see a message saying that providers for my area wold be coming soon. Previously there would be 4 or 5 providers to choose from each time I'd check. Now their website is acting like there are no longer any providers available for telehealth appointments for my city or any surrounding ones. That is unless one of the previous ones mentioned above will pop up for extremely brief periods every so often and not daily. Of course it's the most expensive one that's still left. I'm not sure what happened to all the others that used to popup as available but it gives the impression something not so good is going on behind the scenes. I edited my previous review after checking their site daily since posting it. I missed my chance to respond to Sesame directly here apparently. The notifications of being responded to went to my spam box.

The doctors are always so helpful and nice

The phone call was seamless. The doctor was kind, professional, and knowledgeable.

On 12th of June i had booked an online "SesameCare" appointment with Dr. Arturo Perez-Correa. It was for 10.01 AM. Short disappointing story: i logged in at 9.38 am. Until 10.15 AM no one showed on the screen for the zoom like meeting. The scam costed me $40 and lots of frustration, which i didn't need because i was sick already. Lesson learned: pay a bit more and go to a brick-and-mortar doctor office. You will have less disappointment. So far, i am still waiting to get my money back. If not, i will open a dispute and fight them.

The process was very simple and the doctor I saw was both thorough and understanding. An excellent experience.

Really helpful for someone like me who cannot afford or get health insurance. Very grateful for this service!
