Nobody was able to help and when I requested refund I was denied, terrible customer service

I needed to have a prescription refilled and after trying two other telehealth providers, Sesamecare came thru with a fast and efficient service. I like that you choose your own doctor for the consultation based on a list of practitioners that you can browse through. The doctor assigned to me was caring and exceeded my expectations.

Dr A is awesome, on time, asked me good questions, and filled my prescription easy peasy. I paid for a membership because I am very happy with Sesame.

I never received a call from them. They did, however, take the money. I think it’s a fraud. I would NOT recommend

I used this service for a covid telehealth. Everything was fine until the documentation came. My visit summary did not even put my name on it. So HR was asking for docs. That is when the problem starts. First you have to deal with rude agents who are useless, untrained and outright cocky. I pointed to the incompleteness of the note and gave me a form that you will not be able to access. I am still sick but I got very aggravated that I want to share my experience. Who writes a note without the patient's name on it. Common sesame you can do better.

Dr Usman called me probably 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment! Prescribed my anabiotic I needed for my ear infection and I had my anabiotic 15 minutes after what was my scheduled appointment :-) super efficient and it worked like clockwork before my pharmacy closed!!! highly recommend
