Complete ripoff Talked to a doctor for 2 min only and she advised me to call my family doctor. So what’s the point of booking a visit if she can’t help me.

I was recently ill and without insurance so I tried sesame. The doctor was late, and after a 1 minute conversation said I had to go to the ER. Per the companies policy, if the tele doctor doesn’t do anything they offer a refund. This is not the case and they will lie and fight you on it. They will not honor their policy. It the doctors notes it states he referred me to a “specialist”. Never did he do that. They also have not sent the video of the visit. I would be very weary upon using this company. If you can’t honor your policy, and maintain your word, you’re just a crook. My wife helped send an email 30 minutes after the visit requesting a refund after reading their return policy which was ignored. Even with it time stamped in an email they choose not to acknowledge that we took the proper steps for requesting a refund.

She was amazing. In the future, I’ll be going out of my way to make an appointment with her. She was kind, listened to my concerns, and was never dismissive or hurried. I would absolutely recommend her :)
