Ap provided lots of MDs to choose from, easy to schedule appointment with immediate availability of appointments. MD listened to concerns and responded quickly and appropriately. I don’t have insurance so this is an affordable alternative to have my needs met. I have history of migraines but didn’t have a prescription for medication when an attack came on. MD sent script to pharmacy of my choice for medication. This was fast and convenient.

Lorie was very caring and knew exactly what questions to ask to get to, not only the root of my problem, but also another problem I didn't even realize needed to be considered. She explained the medication she prescribed and why the old.meds would not work any longer. I felt that she genuinely cared and she saw me on a holiday. I'm grateful that I was able to be treated by her for my problem. Thank you, Lorie!

I just moved and unfortunately was not able to talk to my normal provider. However, the provider I spoke with today, listened, addressed my concerns, ordered medication and was off the video call within 5 minutes

Sesame has been really useful for me as someone without insurance. There are some caveats though - some doctors are very brief, under 2 minutes on the call, so if you have a health care concern you're not familiar with you may feel like you didn't get all the answers you need. Each time I have used Sesame I knew what the problem likely was so this didn't bother me. Some doctors do give the time to talk through your issue and the reviews don't always make it clear which doctors will give you time and who won't. One doctor actually answered a call from me while he was the passenger in a car which was very unprofessional but because I only need a prescription it's better than visiting in person and having a huge bill. Today however the person I spoke to was thorough, helpful, and very pleasant.
