Missed work due to a sudden illness. Was able to get a doctor’s note suitable for work that excused my absence and approved my return. Affordable, entire process done in 5 minutes. Resulting in a .pdf, that’s easy to email.

This is a great way to get refills if you're between doctors or need something done yourself without a traditional doctor's visit. The only negative for me is that my state doesn't accept stamped signatures, so I had to do more footwork to get the doctor I used to call it into the pharmacy and that took an extra day. Make sure to know that info in advance to remind the doctor if you don't want the extra adulting.

I was not feeling well at all, made an appointment and was surprisingly attended to quicker than anticipated. The doctor seemed concerned and asked great probing questions to determine how to treat the illness. He was also quite kind and reassuring. The fees are moderate compared to what I would have had to pay had I have gone to an emergency room. Thanks for having this service and doctors such as Carlos who serve others well at late hours during the night and also during the day.
