I had a review last week regarding the incompetency of this company. We were charged on Sept 16. for my wife’s monthly subscription. Nothing ever shipped. Her provider has turned off messaging and Sesame has said they would get that fixed four times now. She called every day last week. Asking to escalate this and get to fixed. Last Friday They said that it was fixed and would ship Monday or Tuesday. But shocker; it hasn’t shipped. They won’t help all they can do is say they email the stateside email address. At this point Seasme Care seems like a fraudulent company with off shored do nothing customer service. They don’t do anything to help. They take money and give nothing. Steer clear of this company. They will take your money and do nothing to resolve problems. Literally six phone calls on six days to the like they will auto spam as a response to this review. Just give us an actual number to talk to someone stateside that can actually fix our issue and overnight the meds or we are going to do charge backs.

I can’t say enough about how great my experience was with Dr. Enjema. She listened and was able to quickly respond to my questions and concerns. She provided me with options and full explanations of each. Dr. Enjema was able to get me on the right wellness path which is exactly what I wanted to get out of the visit. The flexibility of the appointment scheduling on a weekend is certainly a plus as well.
