I had an appointment at 6:30 p.m. met with someone who wasn't an actual physician and she was supposed to prescribe prednisone and an antibiotic. It's noon the next day and she's not responding to my messages nor their customer service. I still have no prescriptions. Do not use this telehealth service!! I have used two other services and had no issues. They have had me on the phone off and on for over an hour and there's still no resolution.

Always great and convenient. I appreciate low-cost telemed refills on a fixed income! Thanx!

Absolutely terrible experience. Doctor stated in my video appointment she was prescribing me antibiotics, which were urgently needed for an infection. She never sent the prescription over. Refused to reply to my emails. Company itself refused to acknowledge her failure to provide a promised prescription, and refused to refund my visit. They are also, as of a week later, refusing to cancel my monthly membership. Used another provider and got the prescription same day. Sesame is an immoral, laughable excuse of a medical service.

It is so frustrating dealing with Sesame customer service. I have tried for a week to explain my situation, but all I get is the run around.

This is truly an amazing site. I’m able to meet with doctors and explain to them the symptoms I’m experiencing. So far I have met with two doctors and both were amazing. This is a great alternative if you don’t have insurance. Give them a try ♥️
