She listens to my concerns, then creates a plan or gives me guidance to solve my health issues. She is precise and prompt to send scripts to my pharmacy.

Dr. Cameron Grant is the best. He took the best care of me while I was very sick through this holiday season. She was very understanding and caring. She made you understand what she was doing in the medication and she was pleasant.

I have covid. Feel awful. Didn't want to leave my home so felt this was a viable option of receiving Healthcare without leaving the comforts of my own home. Was on the phone and set up 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and sat there through the full appointed time waiting on a provider that never showed up. I called customer service and apparently doctors get an extra 20 minutes beyond your scheduled time to reach out and contact you. Never again Sesame. I'll drag my sick butt to urgent care no matter how crappy I feel. I'm in the caregiving business and if I conducted business like this I'd be out of business in a day! Not worth the bother.

Dr. Melissa is such a sweetheart! She was not only personable, but she took her time communicating with me. I am so thankful I went with her, it felt like she has been my physician my whole life. The level of empathy she displays is hard to come by these days. If I have to use sesame again in the future, Melissa will be my first and only choice.
