After the mixup with the appointment. She apologize for the misunderstanding. She was very tentative to all question. (After asking the same questions several times) She made my first time medical zoom visit which comfortable.

Cash grabber. Avoid at all costs. The doctor sent the wrong prescription dosage to the pharmacy, and was not reachable after that. Customer service was useless in reaching the doctor, and kept making excuses and deflecting blame. I needed insulin during travel, and forgot mine at home. I paid for the consultation for a prescription for a vial, but the doctor sent the wrong dosage to the pharmacy, and he could not be reached after that.

I loved the provider’s sense of humor and knowledge. I was a little skeptical signing up for the service and I put it off for a few weeks but so far so good. I’m waiting to pick up my prescription tomorrow.
