Keep clear of them if at all possible. I've attempted to try their Semaglutide program now for nearly half a year, during which time I've only received 3 months worth of doses due to delays and mistakes on their side with incorrect doses and shortages that they did not communicate. Their support is essentially worthless, as they will just tell you to contact the provider, who will in turn tell you to contact support. Update: They never reached out.
