The doctor never showed up to the appointment
I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist from Sesame. The doctor never showed up. I tried calling their customer support number, I could not get ahold of anyone. So basically, they charged me, wasted my time, and left me scrambling for care somewhere else

essentially a scam
essentially a scam. needed an mri referral. they will write the referral but won’t give authorization, which is required by insurance. they have a whole webpage about how they will write mri referrals, nowhere does it mention this. complete waste of time, the doctor was quite rude too

Misleading
Misleading. The site suggests that the online doctors can issue Rx, but actually they don't except for some trivial situations. Waste of time and money.
