Today I had a telehealth visit for an ear infection/sinus infection. I was prescribed an antibiotic I am allergic to which, i provided in patient intake my allergies. I was also prescribed ear drops that the pharmacy told me are not safe in pregnancy which I stated in my appointment that I was 35 weeks pregnant. I was recommended Claritin but Claritin is known to cause birth defects. All in all this was huge waste of my money.

Easy Peasy no stress! I had a UTI and needed something ASAP and was able to book it for 5pm and had my meds within hours. I am so pleased!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for FNP Linda Enjema. She was simply marvelous! Her attentive care and dedication to my needs were truly a breath of fresh air. During a challenging time at 1 in the morning, she not only assessed my medical situation but also went the extra mile when a supply issue arose with my prescribed medication. FNP Linda Enjema promptly called the pharmacy and effectively resolved the issue. Thank you so much for your outstanding care and support, Linda! You are a true reflection of the medical profession!

Michelle Jaut FNP seemed to be quite knowledgeable and personable. She took time to review and go over my health records with her. She assured me I would be receiving my medication directly to my door, and gave me a couple ways to contact her if I needed to. She explained the procedure of how long I would be on the lower dose until they could safely raise the dosage after a month. She explained the side effects, and concluded with asking me if I had any questions. She left me feeling confident in her and the medication I would be using.

There were some tech issues but the practitioner figured a way to get in contact with me and provide the much needed attention. I really appreciate it, she was caring and effective.

This was my first time using this service. I was able to speak to a doctor and get a Rx fast. The Rx was sent promptly, however their shipping provider (FedEx) lost the package. I understand that this is not Sesame's fault, however their response is. It has been 10 days since the Rx has shipped and is supposed to be refrigerated. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and they have refused saying, "Upon further investigation, the replacement was not approved as the package from Fedex still shows as on the way." I would be fine except this is supposed to be refrigerated. I have escalated to management, which they called and basically told me the same thing. I am at the point where I will have to dispute with the bank because I paid over $250 and still don't have the services and Rx that was promised. Update: January 20, 2025 - Still no update or communication from Sesame. I called this morning to request a refund. I was told that the package is still in transit. They are supposed to let me know something by the end of the day on the status of my refund. Update: On January 24, 2025 I received a replacement Rx. I canceled by reoccurring shipment by this point however I was told I had to redo another Dr appointment before they prescribe again. The customer service care is horrible. I also asked for a receipt that has information for my FSA provider and they were not able to easily find documentation. Their receipts do not have your name which most FSA providers required.

My Dr was very professional! He was pleasant and listened to me. He was very helpful.
