Paid for a visit to get a doctor's note. Doctor said no problem, wrote it out. But I went to look, and he filled it out incorrectly, putting the wrong date and thing I asked for a doctor's note for. So I thought, no problem, this is an easy fix. I contact support, and they do nothing; they say message the doctor. I message the doctor, and nothing; he completely ignores me. So I contact support again, and now they will not contact me back. How is this not a scam?

I made an appointment for 11:45AM. Provider no showed. I received no update from Sesame. The (800) service could not contact the provider - the only solution was to provide a refund in 5-10 business days. This is really crappy. Do not use this service.

Saw a doctor on sesame for a weight loss med. the following month I was charged $89 dollars again. They said it was a membership. No where did I sign up for a membership and they would not refund the money. I took care of it with my bank. They are a money making enterprise, with health way down on their list of concerns.

NOT HIPAA compliant. Also, they charge patients for cancelled appointments. Twice now I have had this problem. They refuse to reimburse. They are not HIPAA compliant. All customer service is outside US and they barely understand English or subject discussed.
