I read a bunch of reviews on sesame to make sure it was legit before going through with it. I definitely didn’t want to spend $160 at urgent care. I was nervous to try it because a bunch of people with serious or chronic illnesses (or trying to get prescribed controlled substances) were having issues. I had a simple ear infection. My doctor, Stephen Fuentes, was online within 30 seconds of our appointment. He was cordial, polite, and very helpful. He conveniently moved through the preliminary questions (ie birthday & symptoms) and asked me to perform some physical exams on myself (pushing on parts of my ear) before issuing my prescription. The whole thing lasted 9 minutes. I was beyond pleased with the whole experience. He answered all my questions about the medication & how the pharmacy would receive my script and contact me when it was ready. I think this platform is ideal for people with infections or simple diagnoses, but maybe not so much for serious illnesses. I am super thankful to have found such a cheap alternative (I have no insurance). It would have cost me $450 to see an urgent care doctor and get these ear drops. I spent $90 between the virtual visit and my GoodRx coupon at Walmart for my meds. Thank you Stephen and thank you sesame!

I left a previous review about Sesame and Dr Imtiaz Mohammed (had an awesome experience basically). my second visit with him was yesterday. it was a follow up visit to make sure all was well and to make an adjustment of my prescribed dosage (something he said originally would be a possibility). can't speak for the other doctors on here, but this man is just a really personable and likeable guy. somehow, the whole process is far more personal than if you were sitting in a doctors office and discussing things face to face with your primary care doctor. one thing I think I failed to mention in my last review was, unlike at a brick and mortar location (where you're given a time to be there that has ZERO to do with when you're actually going to be seen), my two appointments with SESAME had the doctor there precisely on time. ask yourself when was the last time that happened with your local doctor - never is the answer. so, same as before, a well deserved 5 stars.

Quick and Easy Only went for medication refill due to my dr. being so expensive and I didn't have medical insurance. Dr. was understanding and was able to prescribe my medicine right away. Smooth process.

Trish Trnka-Stone is a great healthcare provider. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and truly cares about her patients. I cannot say enough good things about Trish, and am truly grateful for knowledge, expertise, and her quality of care.

Kathryn Ruliffson is fantastic! She is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The whole process of scheduling an appointment was super fast and easy, and my prescription was ready for me the same day. Highly recommend this provider!
