I showed up at 11:45 am to an 11:45 pm appointment and assumed the provider just didn't show up. No refund. I understand the policy, but this is just bad customer service. So much for an ADHD provider.

Dr. Stewart was easy to talk to and she explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel rushed and she answered all my questions. She was very professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend her.

Ms Vanessa is amazing! I love her. She's friendly, knowledgeable, helpful,& listens to all the concerns. She makes helpful recommendations also. I will continue to use her!

The service is very inconvenient and confusing It’s easy to sign up for subscriptions without realizing it, so you have to constantly stay alert The mobile experience is especially frustrating — the app is buggy and doesn’t have full functionality I often have to use both the browser and the app at the same time just to get things done I’m only staying because of my amazing doctor, Camilo Murillo — highly recommend him

First, and foremost, it was easy to schedule an appointment, and there were a number of appointments available that same day! (I tried to get an appt with my primary care doctor, and the first available appt was 4 MONTHS out!) You fill out some medical history questions prior to speaking to the doctor or nurse practitioner. Then chat by video or phone. The conversation was pretty typical of any Dr visit. Then they call in your script to the pharmacy of your choice. The first pharmacy I chose didn't have my new med in the dose I needed, and couldn't get it. I received a text notifying me of this, and I was given a number of nearby pharmacies that they could transfer the prescription to. All you had to do was click. Done. There is a Sesame app. Still trying to get it downloaded. It allows you to track progress, get messages from your doctor or NP, etc. The doctor will also order labs for you if indicated. This is all I needed to get started with this medication, and so far, so good. So far, I'm pleased with this telehealth company. They charge a fee of $99 per month to handle everything above for you, and their fee is not coverable by your insurance even if your medication is. Still, it's faster to be seen for that initial visit, to start the ball rolling. You can choose to commit to 1, 3, or 6 months of their services. The fee is less expensive the more months you commit to.
