Scheduled a visit
Scheduled a visit. 10 minute before visit the cancel and say they can’t treat me. Didn’t give any reason why. They charged my account and then issued a refund which will now take 5 days to get back. Then they asked for me to schedule again. Are we just taking money and then cancelling visits? How many times will this happen
