It was a great experience as always

It worked ok first time I used it to refill prescription. But they got the second one wrong. It’s a hassle. Customer service is crap. Their ai chat is garbage. Their prescription service is crap. Can’t get any info from them. It’s all a bit half assed.

Sesame is an awesome medical option for people looking for healthcare professionals that listen to their patients. And care for them as individuals, not what an insurance company determines. I highly recommend Abdelrahim Abu-Shtaiah. He listens, understands, is knowledgeable and cares for his patients. My husband and I will continue to seek our medical treatment from Sesame.

Mallory was very knowledgeable and asked in-depth questions to really get an idea of what was going on with me. My wife was so impressed that she is going to not use her as well I highly recommend her!

Horrible customer service & over charges on billing!!! Cancelled subscription and still charged me 9 more months after repeatedly sending them cancelation documentation. Could never get a provider after being assigned one once signing up for the subscription. Instead of saving me money bitterly cost me $$$$’s!!!!

Agnes was personable and knowledgeable. She wrote me a prescription for the correct antibiotic and I felt better almost immediately. Thank you Agnes!

I have found Sesame a great platform to use for virtual medical appts. Their customer service has been helpful and prompt in responding to my questions and in particular the provider I have had for both times I've used this service, Akuwa Gbogbotsi, has been wonderful - very caring, kind and compassionate. I will definitely use Sesame again and highly recommend it. Thank you.
