ServBank sold my mortgage to Valon in 2025. Now need form 1098 for taxes. ServBank said I must get it from Valon and Valon says they can only provide the 4 months they held loan. Both say the other is responsible for the first 8 months.

I DO NOT have a mortgage account with this company. Somehow when I mailed my January payment, the check ended up at this establishment. Instead of returning the check, they cashed It!!! And put my mortgage payment in some unknown account! I’ve had to file a police report and dispute the payment with my bank for fraud! Never heard of this bank and they clearly aren’t honest people!!

Knowledgeable customer service personnel who were interested in my concerns and thoughts. They listened well and made solid recommendations.

I am so lucky Maria was assigned to me. I would love to have her to the house for family Sunday dinner.
