Great Service

I have a mortgage that was sold to Servbank. There was an issue with the phone app when I tried to set-up automatic payments and I was double charged. After 6 separate phone calls and call backs, I just hope now things will be resolved in the future. A simple refund should not have been this difficult. There is obviously a huge language barrier. They are lying about the previous calls, I was hung up on, I was given a check in the mail without my permission after telling me it was going to be an EFT to my personal checking, and I was told after multiple phone calls that my account wasn’t paid even though it clear that it was. There is some serious issues going on receiving proper information about payments and not communicating them to other agents.

Serv bank web log in doesn’t work and to talk to someone is over THREE HOURS WAIT.

Servbank called me today to review my forbearance. I am so appreciative that the representative called. I did not take her name down, but she was excellent! She was extremely professional, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly with a grounded tone of voice that made me feel so much better about my situation.
