Great Customer Service!

Ordered the Serenity Elixir Cream as they had a buy one get one free offer via Facebook. Received the goods but got a completely different brand and CC cream altogether and not what was advertised. It was some cheap imitation product which I’m pretty sure is not up to spec nor what they claim it to be. Have reported them already don’t bother wasting your money. Learnt my lesson buying of social media.

Serene Cosmetics advertised a “Korean bestseller” but sent me a cheap resold product from another brand. Total bait and switch. Refused to send a return label. Emails came from a different company (Serentia) and Shop Pay handled the order — sketchy all around. Filed a dispute through Affirm and won. Avoid at all costs.

It's a scam. Bought a product, arrived a different brand. Check of ingredients: even parabens that are prohibited in the EU. The refund section on their website is also binging to a "not found" message. I threw everything in the garbage.

My first package didn’t show up, but I reached out to customer service and they responded right away and resent my product. I appreciated the fast response and the service was great

I absolutely love this product!! It blends well with my skin, and you can feel the ingredients doing it's work. I will purchase again!
