Great product! I love the coverage and naturalness. I’m very impressed by their customer service as well.

This shop is a scam! First they have a click and bait of buy 1, get 1 offer ending today which isn't true because that offer is still there weeks later. Much worse, I ordered an air cushion foundation with the mushroom sponge and they claim that they are a Korean brand but what I got was a cheap imitation Chinese unknown brand similar to what you see on Amazon for much, much less. Photo included of what I got - definitely NOT Serentia. Stay away!

I love the texture and the feeling on my skin. Probably better to choose a darker color than your skin tone. What amazes me is the customer support, focused on the satisfaction and trust of the clients. Great job!

The product I bought, the BB cream in colors Buff Beige and Warm Honey, is very cakey and visible on the skin as if you have the thickest layer of make-up on there. Also it makes my skin very dry, when I remove my make-up in the evening it takes a lot of product to remove the bb cream from my face. This isn't worth the money or effort.

Review: I haven't even received my product yet, but I have to say—this is hands down the best customer service I've ever experienced! I accidentally ordered two different colors and immediately reached out to see if I could fix the mistake. The company (Jessica Sanders Customer Support ) responded right away, letting me know my order had already shipped, but they offered to send me a return label so I could send back the color I didn’t want. Then, they went above and beyond by sending me the correct color for free! It’s rare to find a company that truly prioritizes its customers like this. Their quick response, generosity, and willingness to make things right without any hassle have earned them a lifelong customer. If their product is as good as their service, I know I’m going to love it. Highly recommend!

This was definitely one of the "social media made me buy it" purchases as I was looking for an alternative to a classical foundation. The BB cream has a good and light texture, and holds well through the entire day. But the claim that any skin imperfections will be made invisibble is simply not true. The coverage is good enough, but one can't expect a 100 % coverage from a BB cream.
